Overview
My Finance AI is operated by Nick Langat. We want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
7-Day Free Trial
All new accounts include a 7-day free trial with full Pro access. No payment is required to begin a trial, and you will not be charged during this period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charges are made.
Refunds
If you are dissatisfied with My Finance AI, you may request a full refund at any time. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
To request a refund, email hello@myfinance.cc. We will process your refund within 5 business days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing tab in Settings. Upon cancellation:
- Paid features remain accessible until the end of the current billing period
- Your account and data are fully preserved — nothing is deleted
- You can re-subscribe at any time to restore access
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle. Refunds are returned to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal). Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
